Meet Ryan McLaughlin

Ryan grew up in Coon Rapids and now raises his two kids in Spring Lake Park with his wonderful wife of nine years. As a father with kids nearing school age, Ryan wants the best for them on their first day of school. With years of experience in the disability community, Ryan understands the challenges facing students and families with disabilities. As a Sunday School teacher in a local church, Ryan has a heart for teaching and helping kids learn and understand new ideas.

In this role, Ryan hopes to leverage his varied career experience - including packing boxes at a printing company, working with adults with disabilities, and working at a software company - to help students discover their passions and set them up for future success.

Ryan is excited to serve his community and will work hard for every student, teacher, and parent in the district.
